For people who would like interactive and interesting practice with math skills I can recommend a website called Mathletics. There is a fee to enroll but it allows parents (or a teacher) to set the appropriate level for the student, and they practice skills by themselves and in competition with other students around the world. If they do well, the skills get harder. If they struggle, it takes them back a level.
